At the beginning, we carried out in-depth research about how patients select their dentist and what determines their choice. Considering all of this, we designed a user flow for dentists that focused on reliability, transparency and earning trust and one for patients that placed great importance on simplicity, clarity, and trust. Appointment systems, features and any real-time updates to profiles were developed and tested using an agile process.
Translation and testing were done across many platforms to ensure responsiveness and a good experience on both web browsers and mobile apps. With regular guidance from dentists and users, the design kept being updated and the back end was built to handle bigger numbers of users.
